Powering Net Zero: Achieving Deep Decarbonization with Canada’s Clean Electricity Advantage

Electricity Canada, on behalf of the Electricity Alliance Canada hosted an event at the Canadian Pavilion at COP 27 with participation from Canada’s Ambassador for Climate Change, Manitoba Hydro, Ontario Power Generation, TransAlta, Capital Power, and the First Nations Power Authority on “Powering Net Zero: Achieving Deep Decarbonization with Canada’s Clean Electricity Advantage”. The discussion focused on how Canada is prioritizing the use of abundant, established, and emerging non-emitting electricity resources to accelerate our climate progress and decarbonize our country.
