CEA Recognizes Excellence in Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility

Ottawa (November 13, 2019) –The Canadian Electricity Association (CEA) honoured organizations demonstrating innovation, leadership and transformation that are critical to creating a sustainable electricity industry at the annual Powering Partnerships awards reception.

“Electricity Companies across Canada are not only creating new and innovative technologies for future customers but also sustainable business practices to ensure the viable future of our planet. We are honoured to present these awards to the trailblazers in sustainability,” comments Francis Bradley, President and CEO of the Canadian Electricity Association.

Sustainable Electricity is a sector-wide initiative implemented jointly by CEA and its members

that promotes the integration of sustainable, responsible policies in business decision-making, and continuous improvement of environmental, social, and economic performance.
