The Customer Council’s face-to-face meeting will be held at Hydro One, Toronto on February 6, 2020. CEA’s Customer Council fosters collective action on issues of strategic importance to utilities and customers with a focus on delivering value to electricity customers. It is the only national forum in Canada dedicated to customer service in the electric utility sector and collectively represents the interests of industrial, commercial, residential and institutional customers.
