CEA’s Customer Council is holding its annual workshop with Corporate Partners on January 30, 2019, in Toronto.
The Customer Council fosters collective action on issues of strategic importance to utilities and customers with a focus on the delivery of value to electricity customers. It is the only national
forum in Canada dedicated to customer service in the electric utility sector and collectively.
The theme of this year’s workshop includes the Customer of the Future and Smart Cities. A “B2B speed-dating” reception will follow to complete the day’s program. Survey for matching Corporate Partners with Council members: Speed-Dating Survey .
