This 2010 report documents the sustainable development performance of CEA member utilities from January 1, 2010 through December 31, 2010. The sustainability initiatives cited in the report are indicative of improvements at individual member utilities, but do not necessarily reflect industry standards, as utilities are at varying stages of progress in policy and program development.
