Francis Bradley is the chief representative and spokesperson for Electricity Canada and its membership, focusing on solutions to the most critical issues of national concern to the electric utility industry.

Corporate Secretary and Manager, Finance Program

Richard Lussier, CPA, CMA

Vice President of Corporate Services & Treasurer

Responsible for overseeing internal operations, including accounting, human resources, corporate governance, event planning and office administration. Richard manages all fiscal responsibilities, including budgeting and financial reporting to the Board Executive Committee.

Channa S. Perera

Vice President of Regulatory and Indigenous Affairs

Channa is responsible for providing strategic oversight on Regulatory policy issues. Channa provides direct leadership to several industry committees, including Human Resources, Diversity and Inclusion, and Indigenous Relations.

Julia Muggeridge

Vice President, Communications and Sustainability

Responsible for Electricity Canada's Communications and Marketing department, Julia oversees public affairs, strategic communications, events, as well as social, digital and traditional media relations. She manages Electricity Canada’s Public Affairs Strategy Group (PASG).

Michael Powell

Vice President of Government Relations

Responsible for providing strategic advice to Electricity Canada’s member electricity companies on how to advance the sector’s interests with government stakeholders. This includes advocacy efforts in Canada and the United States on issues such as climate change, electrification, and security.

Daniel Gent

Director of Transmission and Reliability

Responsible for managing Electricity Canada Transmission council, the Technology Committee, and oversees the reliability and finance programs. These groups focus on the development of policy positions and advocacy priorities relating to their operations.

Diana Dominique

Senior Director, Customer Solutions and Sustainability

Responsible for Electricity Canada’s Customer Council and customer service-related committees at Electricity Canada, as well as Energy Efficiency.

Jay Wilson

Director of Net Zero and Electrification

Responsible for coordinating Electricity Canada’s net zero strategy. This includes strategic advocacy work on policies related to decarbonization, scaling up electricity infrastructure, and the electrification of other sectors in the economy.

Brittany Botting

Director of Generation

Responsible for Electricity Canada's Generation Council, which leads Electricity Canada's strategic advocacy on issues and policies related to the generation of electricity and clean energy. This includes working with government partners and stakeholders on environmental issues including the sector’s transition to net zero carbon emissions, climate change, environmental stewardship and Indigenous affairs.

Graeme Burk

Director of Communications

Responsible for managing communications for Electricity Canada, including external communications and advocacy around net zero, member and stakeholder communications as well as social, digital and traditional media relations.

David McKendry

Senior Fellow

David is an advisor, counsel and mentor to Electricity Canada staff, on all programs and councils. He is a member of Electricity Canada Senior Management in an advisory capacity and is a member of the Directors Committee.
